Bolle’s heritage in eyewear is founded in skiing and snowboarding, and nowhere is the demand for performance and protection more critical that in a alpine environment. Intensity of UVA and UVB rises dramatically with altitude and the high reflectivity of snow. Maintaining visual acuity for perception of terrain features in changing light conditions is imperative.

BOLLE GOGGLE TECHNOLOGY
Flow-Tech Venting – Bolle designs its goggles to control and optimize the flow of air over the inside of the lens to reduce fogging. Venting ports are located to enhance design and control air flow without clogging with snow.
P80 (Anti-Fog Coating) – Bolle applies P80 to the inside of our cylindrical double lenses. Combined with thermal insulation of the double lens and Equalizer technology, it provides superior anti-fog capabilities and truer optics.
P80 PLUS (Anti-fog/Carbo Glass® Anti-Scratch) – Applied to our new spherical polycarbonate decentered single lenses (Zoopla), P80Plus is Bollé’s proprietary, maximum protection against lens fogging and scratching.
Quick Release Strap – Easy on. Easy off. The Bolle Quick Release Strap makes getting your goggles on/off your head or helmet easier.
OTH (Over The Helmet) – All Bolle goggles are designed to be compatible with most helmet designs currently on the market.
SOS Prescription Adapters (RX) – Prescription wearers can customize their Bollé goggles with optical Rx adapters that fit inside the goggle
Double Lens with Equalizer – Bolle double lenses create a thermal barrier, but have a superior seal and better optics with Equalizer technology.
100% UV Protection – All of Bollé’s goggle lens protect the wearer 100% from harmful ultraviolet rays (UVA/UVB).
OTG/OTC (Over the glasses/contacts) – The Bolle X700, X500, and X200 goggles are designed to fit over most glasses and contact lenses.
Polarized Lens – Low sun angles and the high reflectivity of snow create the need for polarization, which blocks the horizontal, reflected component of light. Gray lenses, however, offer no contrast for seeing icy patches or terrain features. Bolle combines polarization with a vermillon tint for high contrast perception.
Spherical Lens – Featured in the new Bolle contour goggle the spherical lens offers enhanced vision and superior optics over traditional flat lenses. Unique, sculpted look, reduced fogging with lens further from face.
Equalizer™ – Bolle Equalizer technology uses a breathable, gore all-weather vent to equalize air pressure between the lenses, without introducing moisture. The result is distortion-free vision at any altitude and no fogging.
BOLLE LENS OPTIONS
Vermillon – High contrast. Mostly cloudy/overcast conditions
Phototropic – Light sensitive amber tint that darkens with increasing solar intensity.
Bollé 100 – Amber colored lens that absorbs 100% infrared. Infrared rays contribute heat which accelerates the drying of the eye.
Night Ski – Clear lens for very low light or night skiing.
Citrus – High contrast. Direct sun/bright conditions (combines yellow and amber qualities)
Vermillon Gun Flash – Metallic silver coating applied. Our Vermillion lens reduce glare and enhance visual acuity. Ideal for bright days on the slopes.
Vermillon Polarized – High contrast. Highest glare and reflective conditions.

I’d like to purchase on photo sensitive ski goggle which I could use over eye glasses.
Please let me have some tips.
Hi,
do you sell Bolle’ X600 SKI Goggle’s replacement lenses? I have the Bolle’ frame with X600 (six hundred) imprinted on the frame. If so, can you point me to your website where I cab order a few? I currently have Phototropic lenses and would like to get additional lenses for it so I can ski in different lighting conditions as wel as to get even better protection from infrared, UVA and UVB rays. Please advise. Much appreciated.
Thanks.

Sorry it took so long to answer. Bolle has a type of lens similar to photosensitive lens for ski goggles, which is called Modulator. The Modulator lens can be put on the Y6 or the X9 ski goggles. FramesDirect.com carries both of these styles.
Unfortunately, we don’t know of a supplier for those lenses.
I also have a pair of Bolle` X600 goggles. I need a replacement lens and I’m having a hard time finding any here in town. Any tinted lens will work for me so if you could point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.
PS: were you suggesting that the Y6 and X9 lenses would work in a X600 frame?
Thanks, Richard
No, the Modulator lens in the Y6 or x9 ski goggles were suggested as an alternative.
